I've been a little quiet over the last couple of weeks because I've been heads down adding a new sport to StatSheet. I'm happy to announce today the introduction of NASCAR Stats! Please pass this along to any NASCAR fans you may know. I'm interested in feedback.

NASCAR Stats you may be asking? Who has ever heard of NASCAR Stats? And that's exactly the reason I did it. Not a lot has been done to date on the web with NASCAR stats and I wanted to get things kick-started. The state of NASCAR stat analysis is kind of like pre-Bill James baseball. The area is ripe of innovation and interesting analysis that hasn't been done before. It took the better part of a month, but now I think I have a good starting point.

Below is a brief list of some of the more interesting features I've developed. I crammed about a year's worth of work into 1 month, so it is far from complete, but it will give you the general idea. If you have any suggestions or requests, please let me know!

• Compare Races, Drivers, Cars, Owners, or even Manufacturers
• Drill down a Driver's Race Log, Stats, Trends, and Standings
• Get Season Stats, Race Stats, Driver Stats, Car Stats, Owner Stats, and Manufacturer Stats
• See current or historical Driver Standings and watch them in motion
• Drill down on races to find stats, a cool caution chart, and lap leader chart
