MURRAY, Ky.(AP) Nico Yantko threw for 156 yards and two touchdowns to help Murray State beat Lambuth 41-17 on Thursday night.
The Racers (1-0) broke a 17-17 tie in the third quarter to outscore Lambuth 24-3 in the second half, which included Jeff Ehrhardt's 42-yard touchdown pass to Daniel Ard.
Edward Robinson ran for 82 yards on 16 carries and one touchdown for the Eagles (0-1).
Will Werner returned an interception 77 yards for a TD in the second quarter for Murray State.
