CHARLESTON, Ill.(AP) Travorus Bess ran for 93 yards and a touchdown and Bodie Reeder threw two scoring passes in Eastern Illinois' 24-0 victory over Indiana State on Saturday night.

Bess had a 31-yard scoring run for the Panthers (1-2). Reeder was 9-of-15 for 107 yards. He threw an 8-yard TD pass to Sean McGrath and a 17-yarder to Charles Graves.

Rashad Haynes returned an interception 23 yards for another score.

Braul Martinez kicked a 22-yard field in the fourth quarter for Indiana State's first score of the season. The Sycamores opened with a 52-0 loss at Eastern Michigan.
