CLINTON, S.C.(AP) Andy Horn connected with Brandon Clark for a 4-yard touchdown with 3:16 left to lift Western Carolina to a 23-21 victory over Presbyterian on Saturday.

Horn threw for 241 yards and a 16-yard passing score to Donald James to give the Catamounts (2-2) a 17-14 lead in the fourth quarter. The Blue Hose (1-3) reclaimed the lead on Tim Webb's 4-yard touchdown pass to Brandon Clark to put the Presbyterian ahead 21-17 with 7:19 left in the game, but Horn followed with the go-ahead touchdown pass to Clark to give Western Carolina the win.

Quan Warley added 200 rushing yards on 29 carries for the Catamounts. Horn completed 24 of 35 passes and rushed for 31 yards on 11 carries.

Tim Webb completed 15 of 26 passes for 176 yards and a touchdown for the Blue Hose.
