Spiller injures leg, leaves Wake game

WINSTON-SALEM, N.C.(AP) Clemson running back C.J. Spiller left the Tigers' game Thursday night at No. 21 Wake Forest in the second quarter because of a leg injury.
Spiller appeared to injure his left leg on a 10-yard gain midway through the quarter. He had an ice pack on his left knee and covered his head with a towel. Officials announced at the start of the second half that he would not return.
Spiller had 10 yards on two carries.
