LYNCHBURG, Va.(AP) Rashad Jennings rushed for 127 yards and two touchdowns to lead Liberty to a 42-0 victory over Charleston Southern on Saturday.
Jennings and Jonathan Crawford each scored two first-half touchdowns as the Flames (7-1, 3-0 Big South Conference) jumped a 35-point halftime lead over the Buccaneers (3-5, 1-2).
Brock Smith was 17 of 27 for 269 yards and two touchdown passes to Crawford, who had six catches for 124 yards and scoring catches of 69 and 10 yards.
Jennings had 23 carries, scoring on a pair of 1-yard runs.
Dominic Bolden added five catches for 117 yards and a 25-yard touchdown run.
Brock Smith scored Liberty's final touchdown on a 1-yard run with 10:39 remaining in the game.
Charleston Southern was held to 191 yards and nine first downs.
