NEWARK, Del.(AP) -Junior Jabbie ran for 141 yards and two touchdowns to lead Delaware to a 31-21 victory over Towson on Saturday.

Jabbie, who finished with 22 carries, scored on a 4-yard run with 5:43 left in the fourth quarter to help the Blue Hens (4-6, 2-4 Colonial Athletic Association) hold off the Tigers (3-7, 1-5), who closed within three point earlier in the quarter.

Lou Ritacco completed 19-of-30 passes for 225 yards and one touchdown for Delaware. The Blue Hens scored only 27 points combined in their last three games.

Towson cut the lead to 24-21 with 11:51 left in the fourth quarter on Sean Schaefer's 24-yard touchdown to David Newsom. Schaefer, who went 22 of 33 for 297 yards, also had passing scores of 84 to Tommy Breaux and 15 yards to Casey Cegles in the third.

Schaefer became the 11th player in the Football Championship Subdivision history to throw for 11,000 yards in a career. Breaux caught five passes for 126 yards.

Aaron Love had 90 yards receiving on seven catches for Delaware.
