Looking at just wins and losses does not always tell the full story of how a coach is performing.
Another way to measure a coach is to look at his team's stats over time.
If a coach's team shooting is getting better or the assist-to-turnover ratio is improving,
that's an indication that despite wins and losses the coach is doing something right.
