Underrated Conferences
Using the same methodology as the Underrated Teams report, I've computed underrated conferences. This consists of conferences that consistently have teams that end the season ranked higher than they started.As you might expect, the mid-major conferences dominate the list. They tend to have fewer teams ranked and when they are ranked, they are underrated.
