The table below compares fouls per game for regular season conference games vs conference tournament games during the 2007-2008 season.

For the Differntial columns, an orange highlighted cell indicates a difference of more than three (either positive or negative) when comparing conference games averages and conference tournament averages.

The following charts show the foul differential on a season-by-season basis for the ACC since 1996-1997.

The conference tournament numbers tend to follow less of a smooth trend over the years than the regular season. This can be at least partially explained due to the smaller number of games to average out the high and low number of fouls that get called periodically regardless of regular or post season.
